Celtic Friction:
The site of one of Wales' longest running industrial disputes has been put up for sale.
Former workers of the Friction Dynamics car parts factory at Caernarfon picketed the site for two and a half years after being dismissed in 2001.
They won an unfair dismissal case at tribunal but still await compensation.
Caernarfon MP Hywel Williams said the Welsh Assembly Government must develop the site but an assembly government spokesman said this was "unlikely".
Friction Dynamics was owned by American-born businessman Craig Smith. It is being advertised for sale as an ideal place for a business park.
Friction Dynamics went into administration shortly after the industrial tribunal's decision in favour of the sacked workers in 2002.
"This is a golden opportunity as such a site will never gain be available on the banks of the Menai Straits." This factory was opened by Her Royal Highnass the princess Margaret Countess of Snowdon on the 16 May 1962.
Now the pics.
