Thats a cracking place. :) It's a shame there are less and less of these sites for us to explore. Love the wood panneling and the big motor shot on the planer. Thanks for posting. :)

Interesting place – visited here with Northern Exposure the other day, but we ran out of light, so missed the timber panelling in pic 3, amongst other things …

nice to see the security sign is where I left it.
Cant beleve you never got any pics of the pegboards tho ;)

plus theres still tins of yummyness scattered about

I intended to stick my name up and take a pic of the pegboard and for some reason i just didnt get round to it, it dawned on me as i was on the no 36 bus heading back to stockton, oh that tin has made me hungary too.

Well done poolie girl i was here this week and noticed the demo men have moved in at least that what it looked like i maybe wrong mind.

Couldn't even find the other colourful peg board to put our names onto that list so had to make do with this one!

We did add our names to the medical board upstairs too although I noticed some letters had been taken out of that one prior to us getting there. Meant my Dad didn't get his name up because there wasn't enough letters but he was pleased with his effort here anyway!

the place still looks in good condition despite being closed 6 years. is it really in the uk?

quite a lot of stripping out work going on now. with a bulldozer appearing on site, demolition notices on the outside of the building, so looks like it wont be around much longer

I went not long ago and all the electrical equipment had gone :( Although i still found the workshops facinating. I made my way to them lovely wooden pannelled rooms and in the old entrance hall somesort of alarm started beeping. Well i like hell only i couldnt remember which way i got in lol. A definitley good place to visit. And the demo men are really thick and lazy so they would have no idea u were there!
