After the excitement of finding out about a culvert that runs under Derby City Center, I was then told about a different culvert by a few people. So today, when james.s mentioned going to Chaddesden Culvert, I eagely said 'yes' and KingofDerby said he was also interested.
This was to be my first (and certainly not last
) trip down a culvert.
Visited with KingofDerby, james.s and LIO112. And my amazing wellies (a photo will apear here at somestage).
Near the entrance to the culvert.
One slightly out-of-focus shot with an attempt at lightpainting.
After not getting many photo's in focus (due to having to use Manual Focus, which when it's dark is quite hard (but I've now been told a better way of doing it), I decided to concentrate on things where I could use both AF and flash, such as this beauty of a spiders' web.
One last photo - have a pipe.
Sorry for the lack of photo's, I'm planning another visit to spend more time and to get better photo's and more of 'em!
Thanks for looking
