Visited in early march with Dre and Amon.

history of the hospital starts in 1866,
closed 2004. subject to redevelop.
a small, but well borded site, neighbourhood watch area:)
4 hours over 2 visits :)

It would be nice to see some photos without HDR. They hardly represent the place as it actually is after all.
 
i totaly agree Krela but unfortuneatly we're HDR addicted, so there's not a lot of - lets call it for this conversation need - normal photos:mrgreen:
 
That's a shame, while I like HDR for it's artistic potential I feel it misses the point of documenting or exploring personally.
 
Ohhh I never knew this place existed and its close to me I might have to take a look it looks good, was it a bit like Harperbury?

i happen to agree, although subtle HDRs can add alot to the pics!!

most of my reports has HDRs in but i do very little tonal mapping.

I'm just stuck on how i missed this, I live a 5min drive away, and have never known about it. Well thats now changed.
 
This is really near me, provided its Chesham near High Wycombe, might check it out this holiday, anyone wanna go?
