The 1950s former headquarters and factory of the office manufacturer Cincinnati Machine Tools was bought by Urban Splash upon the manufacturer moving to Fort Dunlop. The current building is an impressive art-deco, American-inspired factory building covering a 2.8 hectare site, overlooking the Tyburn Road and Castle Vale beyond. The factory is a top quality building with marble and terracotta as well as its own 200-seat auditorium.

Love this building and def up for a return. Comedy exit but well worth it

Sorry about the crap pics I had to use a flash :( as i forgot tripod in the car
