From documents found in the building, looks like they closed down in 2003. Place is a bit messy and roof has collapsed at the one end, but otherwise not too bad considering it's been abandoned 10 years. Most of the furniture and kitchen are still there. There's an out building which looks to have been set on fire at some point, although there's still plenty of it left to have a look around.
