Took a visit up to the old Crumlin Colliery last month.. been soo busy I've only just got round to the pictures.. I've included some of the old pit baths & former upholstery factory

Ah, that brings back some memories! Mainly of being almost frozen solid!

Yes Foxy, it was minus 8 when we went, no wonder we were frozen solid lol.

Excellent pics mate, i love this place. We were up there not long ago either.

This is a site I always enjoy seeing There are so many facets to the area........it has the grey and grimy industrial feel to it but the buildings have a Roman look and is somewhat reminiscent of the monolithic look of the Buxton lime works. I like the terraced form too
