Family holiday - sun sea sand (My arse)
Well after my visit to an abandoned Asbestos quarry I thought it was time to take in the sights and the fresh air of the mountains, maybe a little walk in the Troodos mountains just to relax, look at all the trees and listen to the bird song.
No way baby.......
So lets walk for 5km to find an old abandoned Chrome mine, now we are cooking on gas, I can`t find much if any info on this place other than it`s a death trap waiting to happen.
I went in about 200-300 meter maybe a bit more, but it was so damp and misty I could not get any more decent pictures from further in, and when you are walking over the roof timbers which are rotten it kind of puts you off a wee bit.
Anyway enough babble - pictures.
There has been a major roof fall just inside the entrance.
Well that`s as far as my bottle would take me, thanks for looking.
