Another day, another deserted hotel....this one is maybe 15 minutes from our house & we've passed it numerous times without really looking at it...until yesterday, pulled over,had a look at the nailed up front door,the overgrown garden...THE OPEN WINDOW!!...no idea about any history, but we think it's been empty since maybe 2004 or so & was vacated in a hurry...there were still ice cream tubs in the long dead freezer!!!!, as you can see there's tons of stuff inside & it's fallen prey to the metal gremlins, up on the 4th floor there was a very worrying sound of thousands of flies.....hmmmmm, maybe more than just a dead moggy?...but no, the door to the rooftop terrace & Jacuzzi was open & the flies were inside on the walls....phew!!!! for more pics -
