Queens Park Sports centre at Chesterfield is now been demolished after been replaced by the new sports centre further up the road . The old QPSC closed in 2015 after much local oppersition over replacement costs.

Grovsener House Hotel ,Sheffield the tower part mostly down, though still makes an interesting photos.

Star and Garter pub , Sheffield is soon to be demolished for yet more student accommodation block.

Burygone Arms, Sheffield is earmarked for demolition for apartments.


Scotland Street area , Sheffield. Most buildings in this area are abandoned, but work has begun on building yes you have guess it apartments! Included in this is St.Vicents church which will turned in flats after years of dereliction.

Willington Cooling Tower, Willington, Derbyshire . Was all go last year so number three go could happen this year.

Heckington Manor demolition application withdrawn for the moment.

Could more in pipe line especially at Sheffield seems all go their at present.

Well if anyone wants an apartment at Sheffield take your pick! Another area that is undergoing change is Sidney Street. The site were the infamous Niche nightclub was and Heathcotes is going to be a huge apartment block the derelict knife factory across the road been demolished it used to have a Charles Darwin mural on it for yet more apartments.
