Derelict motel in Cornwall

Drove past this place a few times in the past and can remember when it was a going concern, never seemed to be very busy though. Seems sad looking at it now, vandalised and covered in graffiti. There was a lot more to see in the buildings but my Mrs was waiting in the car. Apologies for the poor quality of some of the pics, just bought a second hand compact and trying to get used to the settings.

Utter filth! Always amazes me how hotels/motels and cinemas become hammered within a short space of time???

Id get rid of the compact too its doing you no favors.

I normally use my S5000 but wanted a compact to stick in my pocket in case I spotted anything out and about. Its odd as I took some nice pics of the snow a few days ago but today it didn`t want to play. I may pop back there at some point with my fuji.
Some parts of the place were worse than in the pics, I suspect some homeless may have been loitering there along with the usual smash it up merchants.

Did you still have it on "Snow" setting, as you have camera shake on some of the internal pics?

Yes, shake does seem to be a problem of mine, I`m so used to using a viewfinder that getting to grips with an lcd screen doesn`t come easy unfortunately.

Seriously I do like disused motels and holiday camps, there's something about them.
