No real history or details here. The thing that these houses have all got in common, aside from being located in County Antrim, is they are all in a pretty poor state and/or have got very little left in the way of stuff inside (hence not merit worthy of a full report).
There's widespread residential dereliction in Northern Ireland, due to depopulation of rural areas as people headed for Belfast and beyond. This is borne out by the 2017 Population Census. Of the overall population of 1.87 million, 623 thousand (33%) were located in the Belfast Metropolitan area. That leaves two thirds of the pop spread over an area of 13,170 sq. km at a population density of just 95/ sq. km.
