So this is the follow up to part one of my dysons visit.this is concentrating on the other buildings,a big open spaced building not sure what it was for,a room with big silos in,and the maintenance rooms.all located in one section.then the other building which was a bit more modern with newer kilns in.i really enjoyed my visit here.a lot more than I thought I would do.it was bigger than I thought.shame I could not get in the office blocks.but saw enough to keep me happy.here is part one in case you missed it

Heading out it was into the final building.had to pass under a really tall corrugated metal building.the wind was blowing all the hanging sheets.was just hoping one would not fall on me.the others did not want to do any more and they had enough.then went back to the car.but I was not missing the last bit.so made my way over the rubble to find my way in.the building was split into two sections each split into two.these had more modern kilns in it.

Nice and sharp photos. I agree with you about the switch room is also my favourite as well. I would love to go along and pull all those switches one after the other. And that is an arty penis.

Mikey,

Quite correct in your thinking. All facilities like this used 'gravity' as much as they could; auger, belt and bucket feeds etc used an awful lot of power, which obviously had to be paid for and took great chunks out of the profits. Very nice set of images you have here.

Thank you ds for info.always appreciated aa always ☺

Brilliant, loved all of these, especially the guages. Why does it not surprise me you carried on when the others were knackered! :p
