Failsworth Mill, May 2014

Failsworth Mill appears to have been occupied by several companies - The largest being R&J Partington who manufactured cloth.

The building has remained empty since 2012 - Recently the lower floors were damaged by fire.

The timber flooring on the upper floors has also been removed, presumably it was worth a bob or two as reclaimed timber.

If you like a good mill this is worth a visit, behind the 1960's alterations are some decent original features.
