Fole Dairy was in production from the 1920s through to 2009 when almost 250 workers lost their jobs when the owners of Fole Dairy, Dairy Farmers' of Britain, made the decision to cease production. The site was closed in order to switch milk and cream production to sites in the North East, Lincolnshire and Bridgend, all of which were more efficient. Dairy Farmers’ of Britain had pumped £5 million into this site, but £30 million more was needed to bring it up to modern standards.

Thanks for looking,
