This 18th century farmhouse with 19th century additions, was once a beautiful, working, productive farm, which now sits in the middle of a new build housing estate. Taken over by nature, and in a state of dilapidation. Grade II listed on 5th November 1984 it's such a shame to see it's demise. The land and buildings have been bought by a developer waiting for planning permission to build new housing and redevelop the remaining farmhouse and out buildings. The outbuildings with their flint exterior are absolutely stunning.
A lovely, chilled explore on a summer day, the building was quite dangerous, but great to see the scaffolding up, and hopefully some restoration starting soon.
