Second Visit to Hellingly and I went to a few parts that I missed first time around. Still amazes me how huge and empty this place is and what a ***** state its in.

Thanks again to vmlopes for arranging and big J for the guided tour at the beginning!. It was a good day with a varied mix of people. Must have been over £20ks worth of Cameras and gear wandering about!

My first outing with a DSLR and I apologise to all on the day for all the questions (especially Natevanstate)!

Cheers for the comments gents. There is still loads to learn but i'm having fun doing it.

I havent touched these pics in photoshop but it is definately on my things to learn list along with trtying my polarizer, B&W shots, some more light painting and venturing onto fully manual (scary stuff)! I tried to auto bracket (AEB) some pics (cheers for help Vmlopes) and try some HDR bt they didnt turn out as dramatic as I thought they would. Tried 1 and 2 levels of exposure either way but perhaps I needed more.

Really looking forward to the next trip out now! :)

I agree nice shots there Roy.

Drop you a an vmlopes a pm for my next explore  will be goooooood!

Oh yeh, i still haven't got off auto on my DSLR :( not been out in a while though, but kinda defeats the point of having one though  best get my finger out of my arse and get some shots up
