As most of you will know this place was owned by a family fraught with tragedy, Car Crashes, Suicides and lots of financial troubles saw the end to the ownership of this house. It was also used as a BPO Telephone Exchange in the 50s. Currently there are clear signs of re-development and the current owners are currently drawing up plans to turn this into a retirement village of sorts.

This was explored with Leic_urban_xp, JuJu and Baz.

Unfortunately access into the main part of the house was not possible upon our visit but access to the basement was. It appears that this place is being actively redeveloped. The photos are a bit rushed and often shot with high ISO or flash as the second we set foot in the place we had triggered a PIR, of which the place is littered with them. So essentially it was a case of getting as many photos as possible before somebody showed up.

So here are some shots :)

And the view from the area was a beaut!

Thats the part we missed, so thanks for completing the picture :)
