House of Unfinished Business Nov '11

Everytime I see a derelict house now I think to myself ''no it can't be as good as 'that' one, can it?'' and 99% of the time I'll be wrong.

This one isn't as good by a long shot but it's equally odd. The whole place would make a very very lovely home, indeed it looked that way before it seems the funds ran out but it wouldn't take much at all to get it liveable, as all the wiring appears to have been done and the plastering is about 75% complete. We found some papers dated June 2011 inside, presumably that is when the work stopped.
