Is this Prank Urban Exploration??

Hey Guys, UrbexPhantom here. Yesterday I discovered a whole load of videos on YouTube whilst looking for POV Urban Exploration. These videos were taken by what looks like a group of Young Adults trying to get a laugh out of exploring or trying to set up a whole big prank. Although some of the houses looked like the horrific things inside were genuine.

Some people have claimed these videos to be plain "ClickBait" to people wanting to see what "Went Wrong" in the video. These people look like they are trying to take a kick out of Urbex and make it a joke. I think these videos are just early Halloween, Horror fake urbex fims.
I also think that they wear the wrong type of clothing to attract attention.

Also isn't it wise to ONLY explore Abandoned Areas during the Daytime? I do, then I can survey my surroundings. Anyway the links are down below if anyone is interested in declaring these videos fake, Amateur or plain stupid. Choice is yours. Please comment your opinions below. Cheers!

Yes, I've seen these, their videos are unprofessional, looks like they are on a fun night out. No idea of the history of the place or a description of the derelict building they are filming. I think the videos with a title of "GOES WRONG" are created to add the amount of viewers and subscribers. The video titled "Exploring Haunted House GOES WRONG", I think someone has already covered this one because the building looks familiar to me, but there was nothing wrong when it was reported. I remember watching one particular video where the person holding the camera points to a door, then he opened it and then said a swear word and started running out of the building and down the street. I watched the video again and clicked the mouse so I could watch it frame by frame and saw nothing. I avoid these.

Derelict Places are haunted, usually by us, If they're getting a belt out of it no harm done and I applaud the effort they put into their hobby.��

It's intended as entertainment, and I'm sure some people do find it entertaining. It's all a bit formulaic and predictable for me but there you go.

There's something very odd about this conversation, why do you care about these videos so much?!

And yes people explore in the dark all the time.

I saw one of these youtube vids , one about the boat , its a old ferry boat which is in a area not far from me , the boat is unsafe to go on , and back in 2015 there was a small group of homeless people were living on the upper decks. but the boat floods at high tide, while is what was in the vid , it is as far as I know still covered by cctv from the twa near by.

I keep getting these "GONE WRONG" videos in my Youtube suggestions and I keep clicking the "not interested" button Seems to be some sort of phenomenon. I might have found it mildly entertaining when I was 8...but I'm doubtful. I don't claim to be a great explorer or video maker, don't get me wrong...but it's fake crap with narcissistic London teenagers in designer rags in crap sites IMO. It detracts clicks and diverts attention from some really cool explorers out there, who have some really mad encounters and make some really high quality videos. Old man Jim rant over

Yes I did but it looks like the boat is in the stage of refurbishment but was not stated by the video taker. Possibly the workers slept and eat on the boat hence the word "Squatters" was used.
