Not a huge skyscraper (13 floors), but a very interesting explore.

Issa Quay is home to furnished managed apartments, but suffered when the property tycoon Bashir Issa ran into financial difficulties and abandoned all his projects in Manchester.

It was like the Marie Celeste inside - fully furnished and powered, with beds and bedding, all appliances (even the kettle!) even cutlery and plates set on the dining tables ready for a meal. :confused:

The building was in the news a few months ago when parts of it were falling off:

This place might even be demoed because of the shoddy work :neutral:

some of the insides were an UNBELIEVABLE mess, especially the service stairs the water ingress has done some spectacular damage!!

no knowing the status of the site when we explored it we didnt hang around inside to take pics!! and just headed straight to the roof...........

you can see the other development that is abandoned by the same firm in the pics!!

Some good views, but not a relaxing place to visit!
