Not a huge skyscraper (13 floors), but a very interesting explore.
Issa Quay is home to furnished managed apartments, but suffered when the property tycoon Bashir Issa ran into financial difficulties and abandoned all his projects in Manchester.
It was like the Marie Celeste inside - fully furnished and powered, with beds and bedding, all appliances (even the kettle!) even cutlery and plates set on the dining tables ready for a meal.
The building was in the news a few months ago when parts of it were falling off:
