A beautiful farnhouse now with planning permission for a wedding venue/hotel.
10 minutes up the road from me I have visited many times. Took a visit a few days ago to see how the planning permission had been doing, turns out it hasn't! Sold for 3 million with 40 acres of land. Has to be one of my favourites derelict farmhouses from the exterior, it's stunning! Inside is stripped back and looking ready for some restoration.

There's a lot of nice brickwork in this building. Nice stairs and fireplaces. The end result looks okay if the buildings are kept and renovated to be used as a wedding venue.
