Not much to go on all I found out is that it was a sheet metal shop and the land lady will not let anyone take it on.
Nice little place to look around though.

Nice shots, a well stripped building but atmospheric nontheless. Looks like it has been abandoned a while then? The landlady sounds like a bit of a tool (unless of course she is trying to create an urbex site, in which case I say fair play to her)
