Leybourne Grange, Kent, Feb 09

I was stuck at home because college shut because of the snow so I got my camera and tripod and walked down to Leybourne Grange. A lot had changed since I last visited. The main hall, canteen, squash courts, boiler house and the swimming pool has been knocked down. The company who was doing the demolition has stopped and moved off site because of the credit crunch. Every building has been gutted. Security are still on site and now they riding around on bikes. Which are now hard to spot because you can’t hear them coming. Hope you enjoy my report. Was wondering what the current demo' status was at LG -cheers.

That old clock tower is class. Did ya get anymore pics of the tower?

Is Security also using that old yellow electric cart to get around?

demo has stopped for the time being because of the credit crunch, clock tower is staying there because i think it is listed along with the manor house, if you look around the other forms you will find pictures of inside the manor house, i have not gone around inside because it is alarmed. if your talking about the yellow car which use to be in main hall we spoke to security because main hall got knocked down and we took it home my friend is getting it working
