Visited this 1968 closure on the coldest wettest day of last year. This post is no where near any roads, and it was a right trek through muddy fields to find it.
Got collared by the land owner on my way back, who turned out to be a decent bloke. He had the post capped after locals started to use it as a drugs den. Before it was capped he emptied the contents out, and they are in safe storage. This post was attacked by CND at some point in it's history who poured paint down the FSM tube
