Yes, yes another report from here. I should have made the effort to get up here sooner as it really is suffering as discussed in [ame="http://www.derelictplaces.co.uk/main/showthread.php?t=23739"]BIAAs report here[/ame].

Lovely place and sad to see it in such a bad way. On with my pictures....

christ that's even more fooked at top of stairs ... couple more months and the whole place will have totally collapsed in on itself

My guess is that the place had extensive dry rot which when confronted with water from the damaged roof made the supporting joists disintegrate.

someone else said they believed it suffered form subsidence ...seems equally possible
