Came across this place a while ago, this place was used as a secret printing works in WW2 to produce fake german newspapers to be droppped over germany as propaganda, was last used as a college for trainee teachers, before the college moved to a new purpose built complex.

The building extends quite a way back from the road, and looks to have outbuildings aswell.
Suprisingly the building is vacant and not boarded up yet, was prevented any further access due to herras fencing. This building is in the South East, if you want details PM me.

That's a great bit of history. I've just been reading 'The War Magician', about the use of camaouflage and legerdermain to confuse the Germans in the Egyptian desert. Fascinating stuff.
I really like the building too. Nice find. :)

I wondered a while back if anyone would ever be interested in this.
Didn't bother going inside?

couldn't see a way past the fencing, and didnt want to risk going in alone, not sure on the state of the place now as the pictures were taken about 6 months ago.
