Many thanks to no1rich for inviting me to have a look at this place. I've heard it mentioned a lot but never found it until today. Very enjoyable explore.
A nice old building which has laid empty for a decade, now destined for conversion into swanky offices. Sadly bare of furniture and paperwork, its now home to pidgeon and tramps.

Collapsed floor, glad I wasn't sitting in that chair!
Toilets stripped or knackered - ladies pinks tiles, gents blue tiles - nice!

Some sort of electrical cabinet, no idea how this worked, but looked a serious bit of kit
I guess someone had their desk here, and stuck the orange stickies to the wall
Out onto the roof

Notice the hangers for the long gone suspended ceiling
This made us laugh, look at the artists impression with the Aston Martin and Porsche parked outside the converted building. If I owned an Aston or Porsche I wouldn't be leaving it in this part of Boro.
