A quick little mooch as I found myself wide awake at 5am one Sunday morning and this one needed a little subtlety as its is located between an active industrial into featuring the highways agency (even active at this time as it turns out) and a busy railway.
Myhill grain was an animal feeds company that went bust in around 2001, this structure was used for the storage of grain, before being loaded onto trains and distributed where needed. I couldn't find any information online on this company, my information came from a colleague who happened to recognise the company.
Pictures:
All those nettles.... Shouldn't have worn shorts!
Not much of a site but one that piqued my interest and very close to home. It's a shame it's been turned into such a dumping ground.
Thanks for coming.
