I Have wanted to visit this place for a while, and on a trip to visit my mate who lives in ‘Nowheresville’ Lincolnshire, I made a detour to have a look. However, colossal summer storms made this a visit to be endured rather than enjoyed. I waited out the first batch of rain in the car. Then went in, only to be caught out in a second downpour 20 minutes later, and there isn’t much shelter in a building with no roof.

It was really dark too so I’m not happy with my high Iso photos, I didn’t think I would need a tripod in a building with no bloody roof!

I eventually found sheltar in this cottage on site

....... waiting for the storm to pass over.....

It didnt. And I got wet
