Hi guys, I'm primarily a photographer. This was my first time photographing something like this even though I have done photoshoots there. I really enjoyed it and want to do alot more of this stuff. If you guys could recommend some places as good as Hellingly in the south east ill will be very happy.

Here are a few of the pics.

Cheers, thats a bit far for me at the moment though, I want to do some as local as possible and then go further, unless there aren't any nearer than that? It doesn't have to be hospitals although they are cool. Any big abandoned places would be fine.

alrite Luke, nice shoot you definatly got some skills as a photographer...sorry cant recommend any for ya as im a northern boy...but if Northampton isnt to far to travel then just follow the river away from the towncentre you'll find some nice interesting building. Has been awhile since down that way an there was some redevlopment going on last time i was over there so could be hit & miss. but there is lots of oppertunities in that town;)

Cheers for the comments guys, just so you know I live in Eastbourne nearbrighton, basically right by hellingly.

I clicked on this thinking "oh not another Hellingly report" and then BAM, I'm greeted by an incredible shot of the main hall. Generally I don't like this kind of processing, but you've done it brilliantly. Fantastic work. I also love the bath shot and the canteen, Hellingly must be one of my favourite explores.

Not far from me i live in the next village to Hellingly, There's not much round here at the moment but you could try the old mill in Horsebridge, the Newhaven docks or if you are feeling brave there's a roter bunker up at Wartling ;)

nice camera and photoshop skills :)

hate graffiti in hellingly

I dont want to start yet another debate in graf,but....I visited Hellingly with a pre-empted thought that the graf I was going to see would have spoiled the place but even I have to admit to loving the stuff that adorns the hall, that blue bathroom and the graf of a satellite dish plus some scary figures here and there.
On the subject of other places to visit..have you tried La Porte fullers earth works?
Great pics by the way there..
