new roc pos...me thinks

Hello, I think i maywell have found a ROC post that i cannot find any information on.
A quick discription.. A concrete pad approx' 15'x 8' with a red brick "hut" on that has a steel door (locked, for now) and 2x 2 telegraph poles with approx' 10 wires going to the poles and up (the wire looks like "paired cable", and co-ax) I did take photo's of this place but i lost my camera on the way home(********).
As the crow flys it's within 2km's of a known ROC post.
Any idea's welcomed.
Will try to get to it this weekend and take some more photos of it, and hold onto the camera this time.

Underground water tank? I've seen one like that- or something that needed sealed underground like water treatment lol
