I caught the exploration bug last month when I visited an abandoned hotel called The Golden Eagle in Thornaby (pics below)
I'm really eager to find more places similar to this in and around my area

How do you get in this place

You look for access but dont break in!
essentially so long as you dont break in yourself you are committing no crime & I would say 75% of the time someone will of done the breaking in before you.
you would also be amazed how often properties are left with a door or a window unlocked (makes sense to me sometimes it stops people smashing a window).
That said DONT expect to walk up & walk in a door, decent exploring requires some skill, it may mean climbing up a drain pipe or crawling through a drain, or squeezing through a impossibly small window, we have done it all over the years.

If you cant find access walk away, as above we have a 50-75% success rate depending on the area & other factors
