Stapleford lies on the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. To the north of Stapleford is Ilkeston and to the east is Beeston. To the west across the River Erewash is Sandiacre.
Somebody mentioned this place so me and the missus went to check it out today
I have searched the internet for some history on this building but unable to find any, I can only assume it may belong to the solicitors next door as they have a board on the wall of the property, if antone knows any history please add
I am not sure how long this property has been empty for or if it was used as an office by the solicitors or residential house but it has clearly seen better day’s poor thing
Sorry for the grainy photos when I got there I had forgotten my torch Doh! It’s clear people have been in but not too much damage by the people that have been in there but a bit, I think most of the damage is decay!
