A few months ago I was out in Poland and has a bit of spare time to put my exploring boots on and go and get lost around the Polish countryside. This place had been brought to my attention by a Polish friend, and it looked pretty cool, so I decided to check it out. It's basically a stripped bare concrete jungle, but it made for a nice little wander. I can't find any history on it, but I assume money ran out part way through construction and the project was just abandoned...

On with the piccies :)

The local church, not derelict, but certainly a most interesting piece of architecture...

Looks huge! I love the brutality of the architecture, the concrete divin board! Ace photos too, cheers for sharing!

Thanks for the comments guys :) It is an impressive place in terms of size, the brutal (and half finished) style of concrete architecture seems quite common over there, and I for one love it :p
