Question about webpage creation...

Does anyone know of a piece of software which will allow me to produce a sort of carousel on my own web site with a photo of each site I have visited and written a report for? The carousel rotates as you view it and you can stop it by mousing over it as it gets to the site you are interested in? then you click the relavent pic and it opens the report page.

I've seen it somewhere but can't find it. Our current website is tables based and a little bit old hat and not easy to navigate so we want to update to something a bit nicer.
