Quick Question regarding bags

Hi guys

In the event you bring a rucksack or any bag with you can you potentially be prosecuted for intent to burglary. I had what nearly ended in a row with a few of my mates as they were telling me that because I had a rucksack with a few bits like camera, tripod, torches, slings and a medical kit ect that it is potentially a intent to steal as you have a means of making off with 20 litres of copper, lead or metals... I'm just wondering what you guys do around here with regards to this.

Your mates are talking rubbish.

If you had a crowbar and screwdrivers pipe cutters, stanley knife however then yes.

Or if you happened to have anything from the property in the bag... then you could get done for intent to steal if you were still on the property.
