Rank Hovis Mills, London - December 2011

We had the choice of either Lotts Road Power Station, or Millenium Mills. Obviously, we chose this place. Getting in to this place was somewhat more challenging that I'm used too, but it was good fun. Unfortunately, due to a combination of ignorance and lack of time we only managed to do the Rank Hovis part, but still had a great time.

Quite a sketchy place, with huge chunks of floor missing, and most windows smashed but great fun, we had a good race to the top.

These photos are a combination of mine and my friend Alasdair (not (yet?) a member) who accompanied me.

We very foolishly took these stairs at first, as we didn't find the other staircase (it was quite dark and we were rushing).

Nice work Breesey, shame you missed the access for the Mills themselves. Leap of Faith not for wimps like me so I used the Ladder of Common Sense
