Robert Château is located in Villasauris, France.
In 2017 it has been burned inside and outside by provocated fire.
Roof is collapsed, it is totally vandalized and full of trash everywhere.
Despite the poor condition , it is squotted .I could hear them and see clothes hanging etc, but I was silent enough to don' t be noticed.
It was built in the 80 and had few owners.
The last owner was from Arabi Saudi and now since more than 10 years, it is owned by the Juan golfe council.
There are projects for restore the land, it contains lots of different species of plants.

For some reason I cannot find how to edit the post... I was going to add ..
Robert Smith was English; he decided to build this villa in 1856 following a career in the British army in India. He was a colonel in the engineers and participated in the restoration of buildings in Delhi. A great enthusiast of Mughal architecture, he decided to import it to the Riviera by building a villa in an exotic style. The people of Nice call this residence the Château de l'Anglais or the Folie Smith.
