I have been viewing the forums for the past few months now and thought i better get posting reports myself as ive always had an interest in derelict buildings so here's my first one (so be kind :)).

I've been holidaying in Majorca now for the past nine years and since ive been going, this complex has been left derelict across the road from the accomodation i stop in. After speaking to locals the buildings have been in this state for the past fifteen years and belong to a hotel on the other side of the town. There used to be a bar/nightclub, six shop outlets and also a restaurant and small shop.

All of the buildings are pretty well secured so gaining access wasnt an option as it was in a public place with nosey locals looking out of balconies - so i just had to opt for taking outside pics so i hope you all dont mind. As i was on holiday i only had my HTC Touch phone with me so the pictures aren't of the best quality. Any tips/recommendations are much appreciated

I hope you enjoy viewing and will hopefully be posting more reports soon :)

Hmmm... these are rather good pics, and demonstrate very well how the arse end is dropping out of the Spanish propert market. I think there will be more like these in the very near future.....!
