After a very early pick-up time and a visit to St John's, myself and PrettyVacant71 found ourselves on the way to the Maltings. Having heard lots about it and seen photos, I was curious to know what it was like in person.

The first (and only!) place we went to was the water tower. On with my photos...

Ladder Across by jessnphoto, on Flickr
We saw someone in this building across the bridge/ladder running over the beams...no floor to be seen, he was moving like a ninja. If this was you, hello!

This was one of the funnest rooftop access points I've seen and been up.

It was also ridiculously windy up here and I was scared of being blown over the edge - thankfully there was a barrier!

We had to cut this visit short, but I will go back and visit the rest of this place when I get the chance.

As usual, these photos plus a a few more can be found on flickr - http://www.flickr.com/photos/jesstified/sets/72157633452554302.

Thanks for looking and thanks also to PrettyVacant71 for driving about!

It's an interesting place and I'm disappointed we didn't get to see the rest of it. Oh well, next time ;)
