I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in general.

Anyway, if you watch the link it's about Northampton Council taking control of the building as the new owners don't seem to be doing any work and the building is deteriorating rapidly. Due to it's listed status the council have had to step in to prevent further damage.
Took a trip up there last night and the rear buildings are now surrounded by wooden security screening and the access points secured with new boarding. The front building still appears accessible but I am sure it won't be long until this is reboarded also.
Nice to see that it won't be allowed to get worse although knowing our council they probably won't do much to it either!
