Visited with Meth, photographymatt and Dystopia

Had spotted security on site but only saw the one. On the way out we heard voices so legged it out. Turned out to be kids

Anyway on to the pictures

couple of my shots from that trip

1> fire escape that serves the ward day rooms;

2> the water tower viewed through a gated window

3> these rooms were odd, carpetted 'beds', the windows had a second set of wooden shutters on the inside. they're on the 2nd floor, towards the edges of the outer wings. anyone know what they were used for?

4> panic button, with reset key

5> dystopia admiring the view from the top

6> looking accross at the destroyed side of the asylum

7> looking straight down the central lift shaft from the top level

8> me sat at the base of the flag pole
