Tangley Place, Guildford December 09

Mine and Flubbera's last site of the day yesterday was Tangley Place, an ex-animal research site just outside Guildford, and both the weather and time was against us as we battled the rain and fading light. What can I say, the level of utter devastation in this place is unlike anything I've ever seen, and it really is a sad sight, the once grand house reduced to little more than a shell

Even so, I've always wanted to see it and I'm glad that I finally did

Its a lovely looking place..the herringbone fireplace would have been grand in its day.

Passed this the other week and was going to get back up there over Christmas and have a look.
