I have no information regarding this property except the fact it has a planning permission on it for 3 cottages in the grounds and one house. It is a Grade 2 listed building and i love it!!!!!

There is also planning permission for it to be turned into a Gastro Pub.

Anyway, if I had the money it would be staying as it is with much renovating obviously. It has a chapel in the middle of it which is strange but very interesting. Sadly I wasnt able to get in.

On with the pictures.

What an interesting building!

A shame you couldn't get inside for a look around.

yes its in remarkably good shape:)nice one. By the looks of it but would be good if reoccupied and save :).

Couldn't get in??? Pffft!!! I see a letterbox in the first photo ;)

Seriously though, nice photos and a beautiful building :)

Oh come on now! You could have free climbed up to the roof and then abseiled down inside the chimney! You light weight!!! :p

PS... I've just been and bought some rope ascenders and a figure 8 abseil loop...

It’s easy to see why you’d want to save this lovely old pub Janey, I enjoyed looking, Thanks.

TJ, if you are going to use a fig 8 insure you have a decent harness and carabiner to clip it onto, a stitch plate wouldn’t go amiss either

Foxy I can't find anything on it and believe me I've tried. As for the letterbox...........interesting but wouldn't get in lol. If it's still like this next year, I will be going in
