I am not sure of the name of this place, it's not connected to the MRU but is of similar construction, linking 2 bunkers together.

The name comes from our guide for the day, and the fact we went past it the night before and saw a load of people parked up gathering stuff to go in for the night!!

This was a German built bunker for protection against the Russians.

Nice one! Didn't join them for the party then?
Ace pics, it's a pig lighting stuff like that! :)

Nah, we had just had a day of driving from north to south (and back) of Poland and wouldn't have lasted a full night of partying!

Dam the Germans did take it serious when building a bunker nice work.

To quote a Mr Ecclestone. "terrible to say this I suppose, but apart from the fact that Hitler got taken away and persuaded to do things that I have no idea whether he wanted to do or not, he was -- in the way that he could command a lot of people -- able to get things done."
