This is the first "find" for me that I have successfully researched online - and found! Albeit on the tail of another Urbexer :p. Please feel free to add some more pics!!

Set in a stunning village this house is now very neglected, inside was a little creepy, signs of children having been there (dolls leg, Tom & Jerry wallpaper) but also chain and padlocks two of the bedroom doors left a feeling of discomfort for me.

I have found another site stating this was called Dead Crow Cottage - I couldnt see a crow but did find a pigeon skeleton.

I'm calling it The White House - partly because of the obvious white exterior but also as there was some form of security taking place inside and the huge white cabinet thingy that utterly dominated the lounge.

Sorry no great room shots, I tought I had taken some panoramics on my phone but I cannot find them.

This house is for sale @ £250K!

Bedrooms were padlocked and chained to protect 'valuables' - now long since removed. In a property that is going to be uninhabited for a long time, it is better to hide and secure property away from the prying eyes of the local vermin. In a two storey property this usually means locking everything from the ground floor in the bedrooms - thus leaving nothing for prying eyes at the ground floor windows to see. Once a fairly common occurrence whilst distant next of kin were being sort, only the remnants of the security arrangements are sometimes found in some of the older, long term abandoned properties. Nothing sinister here, just sound common sense by someone who knew human nature for what it is.

Ah... That explains it then... had thought that the children had been locked in their rooms maybe.. Thanks!
