So following on from the thread I posted about Crookham Court mansion being demolished, it appears they are building it again brand new and are already advertising it here:

At least its not being razed to the ground. Probably ideal for a business consortium, with the amount of buildings around and 6 acres, plenty of room to park the Porsche.
