Gents and indeed ladies does anyone have any info on trespass law in the ROI at all, I am thinking about taking a trip to the Emerald Isle soonish and its wouldn't be a trip without a spot of urbex.

I got my ass ripped apart by the Garda last month. Only just got off with breaking and entering, trespass and vandalism. I accepted I was trespassing but the other 2 was a load of ********! They only let us off because we explained everything and I wiped my SD card. I will PM you after work and tell you the full story.

I know they also dont realise some DSLR (Mine lol) have dual card slots so I can use one as back up for the other. I also have about 4 different forms of recovery software.

Don't get caught, but most owners are ok.
I'd be interested in hearing where and now you got caught by the garda as they would have to be called out. There's a few places that i think would be camed for that.
