Ventnor Radar Station.

Went up there today in absolutely foul weather to see what further deterioration has taken place.

There has been continued vandalism and there is now evidence of fly tipping. The work that was started for conversion to a mobile phone mast site does not appear to have progressed any in 12 months.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

I would like tho IOW Council to have this important WWII site listed, but it is falling on deaf ears at the moment.

Nice one! I went up with the intention of checking this out the other day but after slipping up on mud and looking like I'd had a majorly bad 'accident' (ahem) I thought it best to postpone

I went there whilst on holiday in July, it's definitely gone downhill since then.
